What this site is
A description of CRVITAE, a product of Snjallr Innovative Solutions. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
About the figures and screenshots
This matters more than the rest of this page, so it is near the top.
Every business record shown on this site is synthetic demonstration data. The leads, units, prices, conversations, campaign results and analytics come from the CRVITAE demonstration instance. Fahad A., lead #4127 and unit B-104 are a composite narrative, not a customer. Staff names appearing in product screenshots are members of our own team and demonstration accounts, and every metric shown beside them is computed from the synthetic records above. No figure on this site is a guarantee, a projection, or a claim about what CRVITAE will do for your portfolio, and nothing here forms part of any contract.
Where we describe something as having run in a simulator, we mean exactly that and nothing more. Where a capability is described, it is described as it exists at the date on this page.
Pricing
The prices published on this site and in the brochure are our list prices at the date shown, in Saudi riyals, exclusive of VAT. They can change. Bespoke development is quoted separately and is never included in a tier. A quotation we send you is the binding version.
The demo request form
Please send accurate information and only your own. We aim to reply within one working day; that is an intention, not a contractual commitment. Sending the form creates no obligation on either side.
The Ask CRVITAE assistant
The assistant's answers are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not advice, not an offer, and not a warranty. Where the assistant and a signed contract disagree, the contract governs; where it and our brochure disagree, the brochure governs.
Do not type personal data, customer data or confidential information into it. What you type is sent to a third-party provider — the privacy notice says exactly where. Do not use the assistant to try to extract its instructions, to attack it or to generate content unrelated to CRVITAE.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its servers, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, do not use it to distribute malware, and do not misrepresent yourself as us. We may block access that does any of these.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please write to info@crvitae.com before disclosing it. We will respond, we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not exfiltrate or damage data, and we will credit you if you would like us to.
Intellectual property
CRVITAE, SnjallrX and the Snjallr marks, together with this site's text, design, code, screenshots and brochures, belong to Snjallr Innovative Solutions. You may read, quote with attribution, and share links. You may not republish the material wholesale or present it as your own. Sakani, WhatsApp, Meta, NVIDIA and Ollama are the marks of their respective owners and are named here descriptively; naming them is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
