Privacy notice
The short version
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no third-party cookies. It sets no cookies of its own. Two things collect anything at all: the demo request form, and the Ask CRVITAE assistant. Both are described in full below, and both are optional.
What the site collects on its own
Nothing beyond what any web server records to serve a page and stay up: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page. These sit in our hosting provider's server logs. We do not join them to anything, and we do not build a profile from them.
Your browser stores a small offline cache of this site (a service worker) so it still works on a poor connection. That cache lives on your device, never leaves it, and clearing your site data removes it.
The demo request form
If you send the form in the contact section, we receive your name, company, work email, the portfolio size you chose, anything you typed in the message box, and the request's IP address, user-agent and referring page. Two copies exist: a file on our server outside the public web root, and an email to info@crvitae.com.
We use it to arrange your demo and to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and no advertising or analytics platform ever receives it. We keep it for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it.
The Ask CRVITAE assistant
This is the part worth reading carefully, because it involves a third party.
When you type a question into the assistant, that text and up to six previous turns of the same conversation are sent to our server, and from there to Ollama Cloud, which runs the language model that writes the answer. Ollama is based in the United States, so your question leaves the Kingdom when you use the assistant.
We do not send your IP address, your name or anything else identifying to the model — only the text of the conversation. We do not store your conversations on our server. What Ollama does with the request is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
The assistant is entirely optional and answers only questions about CRVITAE. Do not type personal details, customer data or anything confidential into it. If you would rather not use a cloud model at all, close the panel and write to us instead; and if the assistant cannot reach the model it falls back to a small answer set served from this site, which sends nothing anywhere.
None of this describes the CRVITAE product. The product's on-premise mode exists precisely so that customer data never leaves your building, and is deployed that way for customers who require it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to info@crvitae.com and we will answer within 30 days. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

Changes
If we change how any of this works we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.
